We all have those “go to” things that we know will usually pick up our energy and make us feel good.
I usually find that if I get my body moving and get my heart rate up to sweat it out it picks up my mood and I’m left feeling energised with a clear mind and feeling great.
Sadly in the first trimester of my pregnancy this wasn’t the case as I was so fatigued that it was a challenge to walk up a set of stairs and sleeping 10 hours a night wasn’t enough.
